Over priced with poor service Coffee maker in the room did not work, the cover fell off the room a/c unit, room was not made up after the 1st night. We also had too many additional charges without knowing ahead of time. Not what I expected from a Hilton !
This was the most expensive cheap hotel I've ever stayed at. It just like a Motel 6, but $400/night. There were so many hidden fees. We were forced to pay $25/day for wi-fi (a "destination fee") but then they only let you use it if you give the wi-fi company your cell phone number. Do yourself a favor, fork over another $50/night and stay at a super nice hotel in town.
Need inprove the service
Hit me with unannounced $25 for foof
Do not stay here. Avoid!!! Hilton should be embarrassed of this property. It is low end with high end pricing. And a resort fee. This is not a resort. They don’t even have a bartender that can make a basic cocktail or have needed supplies. No blow dryer in the room. Limited tv channels. The list of why you shouldn’t stay here can go on and on. Avoid this property. No amenities, poor experience, bad neighborhood, etc.
The facilities themselves were fine and the staff were good. But there were surprise fees ($25/day for parking and a $25/day "destination fee") that added an unexpected $150 to my bill. The destination fee was particularly annoying. You could use the "credit" for the restaurant or bar or "store" but I had no interest in any of those. I did use it for the overpriced items in the "store" so it wasn't wasted but I will not return.
