We were on 3rd floor and could hear the people above us all night. No sleep!
Construction in the lobby generated loud noise at all hours of the night. The staff were pleasant and helpful, however the ongoing work on the building is a drag.
It was clear this property has been done to look nice in pictures but not in reality. The door to the bathroom won't close, mildew on the shower tiles and the wall in the corner of the bedroom was peeling
To say this was a poor experience is an understatement. I booked 6 rooms for new hires coming to Boston for our company training. One of these new hires had a flight get canceled and did not arrive until the next day. He did go ahead and check into his room virtually and I notified the hotel and Expedia. Once he arrived, he was told that his room had been canceled and resold and they would not be able to book him because they were at capacity. Stayed for three nights Hotel was not aware of digital key check in When I got contactless check in confirmation email from Hilton to just show my ID at the front desk. No room cleaned for two nights even with service request Asked for the new towel at the front (no guest service option phone) call twice and it took almost an hour to get fresh towels I am a frequent Cambridge visitor but I will never visit this hotel again. Worst experience Very disappointed traveler Would not tecommend at all
