Worst experience! Don’t trust the pictures , it is a motel , but pretends to be nice looking at the pictures . Bad quality !
Lobby bathroom no toilet paper and toilet clogged. Adjoining doors/walls do little to mask noise. Overall seems a bit run down with some new carpet and bathroom fixtures. $20 fee for surface parking lot. Does not seem to fit price and star rating.
For a 4 star hotel.. it certainly felt way less. Immediately upon checking in at reception, we were met with a rude staff member who gave us attitude, a constantly annoyed expression, and responded to everything we had questions about with not much explanation or help. Then upon entering the room for the first time, the toilet would not flush, but the engineer quickly came up and resolved the issue though. I recently stayed at the Freepoint Hilton hotel in Cambridge, and unfortunately, my experience with the staff service was quite disappointing. From the moment I arrived, there were several issues that left me feeling unsatisfied. Firstly, I received a text greeting message that was intended for a different guest. Hilton disaster Where should I begin? First, we were in a room without a closet. I do expect to have a closet in a room at a boutique hotel. The water leaked. The bed linens were filthy and had not been changed. We had a multi-night stay and did not ask for cleaning service. They did drop off two balled up towels that also suspiciously didn’t look clean.
