Not a expected Hilton experience Overpriced drinks at a bar that closes at 7pm on a Friday. The checkout time on the app says 12pm, but I was told by the front desk it was at 11am. We couldn’t sleep with no sound proofing and the other guest running around at 3-4am. The shower head has barely any pressure. Just a overall not a relaxing or restful experience from Hilton which I never encountered before
The first room we checked in to had a cockroach in the bathtub. When we went to get a new room, they didn’t seem to care just gave us a new room offering nothing in return. The new room we got the tv didn’t work great and there was food left over in the fridge. Very sloppy and unapologetic. For the money it should have been nicer and for finding a cockroach in our room we should have been offered an upgrade or some money off.
The tub was stopped up. There was no vent in the bathroom so when you showered it took an hour to clear up. Front desk wasn’t helpful. Asked to have my room made up at 10:30am they wanted to push it off to the next day. Overall not great for the price
The hotel is way too expensive for what it offers, low quality installations for $400 a night.
Broken shower. Unsanitary large bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Missing light bulbs. Not worth $300 per night. Won’t stay here anymore. A shame for Hilton brands.
The photos on Expedia for this hotel are very misleading and the description is completely out of date. The bar hasn't been open for years (or so we were told by front desk) yet on description it lists a bar. Housekeeping was on demand only and it was very noisy, you could hear noises in the hallway as if they were in your room. Also, the pictures on Expedia show gourmet food options yet there was only a very sparse pay breakfast option. This was very misleading marketing.
