No breakfast served, no maintenance my bathroom had a drainage problem I requested to fix , but nobody came to fix it.
The property is run down. They renovated the bathrooms but the shower heads don’t work right. When you request repairs they don’t get done. It’s more of a 2 star hotel than a 3 star. Staff are friendly.
Needs more staff Noah at front desk was only good thing at the Hotel. He was very friendly & accommodating. However, the Hotel signage & curb appeal isn’t good. The lobby is kinda cute but everything needs a good cleaning. Starbucks in lobby is a plus. We had to change rooms because our toilet wouldn’t flush. New room didn’t have soap & conditioner/shampoo were almost empty. I wouldn’t recommend; definitely short staffed.

A hotel concierge literally just hit me. I’m in shock
On line only said no contact food! And bragging pictures of a lounge, dining room and bar. All that’s available is vending machines, parking fees and overcharged my receipt they emailed by $80. They slap Hilton on any hotel, give no services and charge a premium! Done with Hilton
