Found hair in the tub
Lazy Maintenance Doesn't seem like a 4 star hotel. More like a 3 or 3.5 at best. That's not my biggest complaint. My biggest complaint was the individuals responsible for addressing the issue was had with a clogged bathroom vanity wash basin. Although the front desk notified engineering, maintenance, or whomever was responsible, they didn't address it until the 3rd day into my stay. At that point they didn't even inspect.
