Located near grocery and coffee shops. Friendly staff. Did not have many amenities, no grab and go breakfast, no bottled water on check in, no glasses in the room.

Great love cation for us, a few stores and fast food around it, clean, quiet and staff was great
The location was great and the hotel was very clean and modern looking. However, while the room was large and comfortable, it was mysterious why there was no place to put our clothing. There were only two extremely small drawers and no storage in the bedside tables. The area around the hotel is more retail and it is a bit difficult to get to.
The staff were helpful and the location is convenient to public transportation, walking paths, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, CVS, annd TJ Maxx/Home Goods. You have to walk a little further or take the T for better restaurants. The rooms were comfortable but the fan from the vent in the bathroom made constant noise. I couldn’t figure out how to turn it off.
Frustrated in Cambridge Hmmm Two things occurred here that unfortunately are concerning and frustrating. Many hotels seem to treat me poorly because I book through Hotels.com instead of direct. This attitude is common and nasty. The other thing is they would jot give me Hilton points yet some, not all hotels on hotels.com DO give me relevant hotel points for various chains. These policies make me feel unwanted at these properties. Also the front staff were very condescending twice. Great location, convenient area.
