They need apply better maintenance. The toilet seat about to fall off. Overall it was a decent place.

Clean and Quiet The room was clean and very quiet. The room-darkening shades and loveseat were very useful. The bathroom was nice and had good water pressure. The only minor issue was that the person at the front desk didn't fully explain the parking situation. It's $16 per day, and there were plenty of spaces when I was there. There are a few fast food places and stores within walking distance, and the subway stop is close by. Overall, a really nice place and I will stay here again.
I like that it was close to the fresh pond reservoir and within close driving distance to Harvard square.
The staff is engaging and service oriented. Indoors is clean, neat, quiet. Pool table and Starbucks in lobby area provides a welcome distraction from the day The outer aesthetic is in need of attention. Parking lot requires weeding; hedges and greenery some tlc. Next door is a Whole Foods; CVS & Trader Joe’s across the street are among the very near shopping options. The river walkway is peaceful, soothing and stretches for miles. This hotel was fantastic from top to bottom but the outside needs help. Zero care for landscaping. Weeds everywhere. Please take care of your property!
