I didn’t understand why the photos attached to this hotel weren’t photos of the actual hotel location until I checked in. The hotel looks clean and updated in the lobby, but it is a very old building. Our bedsheets had some staining, and I doubt they have thoroughly sanitized during COVID times. Parking is $16/night btw
Disappointed It was an overall good stay. I have stayed at this property twice before. One of the reasons I picked it was because they used to offer a shuttle to Harvard. Unfortunately because of covid, they no longer run the shuttle making it less attractive to me.

Very comfortable! Beds, bedding, and pillows were very comfortable. It’s clearly an older property, but they’ve done a great job with renovating and decor to make it a clean looking, airy space. We will definitely stay there again. Staff was super friendly!
Comfy, safe, clean, and welcoming Beds very comfy. Staff helpful and engaged. Services extremely quick and with a smile. I’d stay again.
The property is connected to a Starbucks, which is nice. The bed was sort of uncomfortable, but the room was neat and clean. They didn’t have the bar or restaurant open and the hotel isn’t close to very much, other than a Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, TJ Maxx/Homegood, CVS and Chipotle. There was also a chicken place around the corner that I didn’t get to try out. It still is about 30 minutes away from downtown Boston with traffic.
Super friendly and personable staff! Rooms are comfortable with good amenities. Convenient location close to transit, shopping and more.
Had to ask for TP. No spare roll in room and only half roll in room.
