The front desk staff was exceptional. The room was lacking, though. The conditioner bottle was empty, there wasn't any soap for the shower, and there weren't any washcloths in the room. Anything we needed, the front desk would supply, but we should not have needed to ask for these basic items.

The guy at the front desk is great! The hotel is cute, centrally located, with a connected Starbucks! I didn’t like that the jets in the tub did not work, though.
