I love the cleanliness and design of the room. I also like the toiletries. There is a Starbucks, Whole Foods, and liquor store next door. You can walk to the subway.
Checked in while work being done at home. The staff was friendly, helpful and always present! Clean and updated rooms.
Fine Nice room and hotel, the shower had very little warm water and the shower has bottles of conditioner and shampoo that appear to be shared between clients. Not individual bottles just large bottles - didn’t use seems strange
Mediocre Some white stain on box spring side. Toilet had slow leak, so it would run every few minutes. Maintenance man not around for Thanksgiving wknd, would relocate us if we “really wanted.” Only warm water entire stay, day or night. Told one of hot water heaters was down. Never had nice hot shower.
Watch out for unexplained charges Got charged $16 for no determined reason. Disputed and was to expect a credit. Never got it. There were no incidentals.
