They have a DESTINATION charge !! Over the top parking fee. Both uncalled for and not easily understood during booking.
Front desk staff unhelpful and unfriendly
Can someone explain to me what $25 "destination fee" is? I've never heard of a hotel that charges you $25 a day to spend at its very overpriced restaurant (a tiny sliver of a cheesecake for $15!). After receiving my hotel receipt, I noticed I was mistakenly charged not once, but TWICE. I called and they will refund the charges, but just a reminder for everyone to check their final receipt. $25 parking charge plus taxes if you are planning on parking there. The TV remote is broken, and there were marks on the dining table that we have to wipe off. Otherwise okay. Noise from iutside traffic also.
