Bij aankomst betaal je een “destination fee” om daar aan ontbijt en diner te spenderen. Ontbijt was zeer beperkt en het diner gewoon slecht. Nergens in het hotel voel je liefde voor het werk.
Was checking in late (after 10) so called ahead bc they weren’t able to do digital key. Was told no prob room would be ready. When we got there (at 10:45p) we were given the wrong room. Went to reception and it took 30 mins for them to shift us from a room with one queen to a room with two queens (which is what we booked). I had to email them m confirmation email, which was weird. This property was really disappointing. Our fault for not having understood what a Tapestry Collection hotel was. The staff were friendly that was the one redeeming factor. Charged for parking $25 for the night. The hotel is dingy and dark. The hallway to our room had broken glass for the entire time we stayed there. Air conditioning/heat system was loud and inconsistent - didn't sleep all night due to the fluctuating temperatures and noise. Dirty. Bad service. Rude staff.
Beautiful decor but terrible customer service. Got to the hotel around 11:30pm and there was no hot water. Called front desk (put on hold twice) and was told that once resolved I will get a call back. 45 minutes past still haven’t got the call back. Called the front desk and he said he forgot to call but issue has been resolved. Tried again and still no hot water. Horrible! beware of the hidden fees for $25 dollar resort fee which supposedly you can apply to their restaurant. Half the time the staff was not available. The breakfast is terrible. Old crusty sausage and eggs. For $25, you can get a way better breakfast at starbucks right next door. The staff is very rude and have attitudes. I will never stay in this place again.
The location is nice and the hotel is well kept. However the additional $25 parking fee and the mandatory $25 that my boyfriend and I had to spend out of our deposit on food at the hotel was not worth the stay. We would’ve preferred to go somewhere else but we were forced to stay on the property otherwise the $25 would’ve been used by the hotel for other purposes. Wouldn’t come back to this hotel.
The staff was great, The hotel bathroom was grossly disgusting. Hairs, dirt and grime in the shower and bathroom sink. Bedding was clean at least. Unable to get any extra pillows or blankets, was told we had to wait until the morning.... Who needs it then>
