I will not be going back for any type of service on my truck. I bought 4 tires to pass inspection in 2025. I haven't driven my truck much since then and I went almost a full year driving less than 3,000 miles. I had to go out of state to my parent's house (9 hour drive) and on the way there, approx 6 hours into my trip, one of my tires suddenly start to loose air. This place just wants money bank called me said that they couldn’t come with an agreement from dealership due to they would do deal with $500 down but dealership was asking $15000 down talked to director on Friday mentioned situation and he got nervous! Your problem as a dealership are management!
Sales girl was nice but their finance manager thought my payment was too low so he tried to shake me down for a $1500/mo warranty. Then they took 3 months to send my license plate.
The company completely is horrible they had my jeep for 8 months to fix the transmission and then they say the noise couldn't be duplicated. Let other customers use my jeep as a loaner. I found personal belongings in there Cups, weed carts headphones, empty Arby's food bag I dont eat. A shitty diaper under the seat and I dont have kids. Put 4k miles on my car. Oh and I contacted jeep and chrysler headquarters and complained they didnt do anything but give me 2 yrs of free oil changes. And trying to take them to court i wou... read more
