All technicians are required to do a quick video of services performed. Really cool. JR, and Dusty are exceptional people and the crew is just the best. I drive from Jonesborough, TN every time we need our Volvo serviced. Why. Because they make you feel like family & do an outstanding job with every visit.
I purchased my Volvo from Ben. He was so patient and extremely kind. He is there after the sale to take calls and explain to this senior lady just how the electronics work. Ben goes the extra mile to make his customers satisfied. I highly recommend Ben at Friendship Volvo.
I bought the vehicle sight unseen being that I was in another state. I asked and received videos and the body and engine appeared to be fine. The interior also appeared to be fine and I was told everything was perfectly fine with the vehicle. After receiving the vehicle I noticed the headliner was damaged and had thumb tacks holding it in place. Needless to say I had to replace the headliner which entailed removing the rear window. What a great car dealership. I bought a car earlier this year and my salesperson, Brent, was truly service minded. He went above and beyond to make sure the deal went smoothly and was never pushy. I have also worked with the service department after my purchase and experienced the same level of great service. My service advisor, Matt, has been great. Everyone I have interacted with truly does the name Friendship justice.
My wife was very interested in a used Toyota suv they had for sale. She started talking to them 2-3 days before I took a day off work, overtime pay mind you, and made the 1.5hr drive to Bristol. We wanted to make sure everything was in order and good to go before we made the trip, you know financing and all that aggravating stuff.
