We had most of our downstairs replaced from a mixture of carpet, laminate, and vinyl sheet to luxury vinyl plank this summer by Full Circle Flooring. Tayler was very helpful in taking the time to help me find samples that would work with what I was looking for. The installers worked quickly and efficiently. The results were great and we've had many compliments. We're a few months into having the floors and no issues with the install.
The tear out of our old floors and the installation of the new floor went very well and efficiently with your highly skilled team of 3 men. We had a few minor issues that had to be addressed after the 3 1/2 day completion of the job, and those issues were promptly taken care of. Thank you for your great work and customer service. We love the look, the feel of, and the ease of care of our new luxury vinyl flooring. I have and will recommend your company to my friends.
We’ve used Full Circle twice, and will absolutely continue to use them if we have another flooring project. Our first time using Full Circle was in 2019, and we replaced our main floor with LVP. Full Circle Flooring did an outstanding floor replacement for me. The product and quality of work are unmatched (see photos). Probably the easiest contractor I’ve ever worked with as well. Very flexible on scheduling and installation timeframe. I will use Full Circle for all my flooring requirements in future.
Emily and Taylor have gone above and beyond to assist us while providing outstanding customer service. They have been very patient as it took us many take home samples to make a decision. Emily came to our home and after taking a look at our colors in the house she came up with the perfect flooring.
