The tech came right on time, he was polite and courteous. He actually looked into the furnace and his estimate was far less than what I was told by another company. If you need a furnace fix, this is an honest group!! Thank you so much.

This company is very helpful in many ways. What surprised me was when called the promptness of arriving and on-time, and the pic of technician. After all that was said and done I now have the install group coming in 5 days. Jackie and Jerry helped a lot and worked with me... Thanks to you both for your fantastic help and now no more headaches after this or awhile anyway...

Very reliable and friendly company, that provide excellent service. Today, I had humidifier installed, and furnace check up done in my property. Jeff did really good installation job, and provided ample amount of information about the furnace and humidifier function. I recommend Furnace Family to everyone.

Furnace replace
We got several quotes to get a new furnace and we were sure Furnace Family was a good choice. Well they were not good they were great !! The estimate guy told us what we should get the install people were very nice and did a great job. We even got a call after to see if it was done to our satisfaction... Great people.
