0 Star : My Experience I understood the amount of time that would be spent in repairing my vehicle, however my expectation was everything would have been carefully applied and repaired. Though things I've seen are minor I thought you all would be precise. Despite minor inconsistencies G and C did an excellent job in repairing my vehicle. Thank you for standing by your work and agreeing to fix the minor mishaps.
0 Star : My Experience I felt rushed to get my car back only to find out my backup camera doesn’t work. Also I was told by G&C when I first brought the car in that if my car was ready for pick up before 12 noon that I would have to bring my rental in that same day but if my car was not ready after 12 noon then I can bring my rental car in the next business day which in this case would’ve been on Monday 6/17. 0 Star : My Experience Communication from DeVaughn was not good. Customer service from Susan at Geico was terrible. I’ve had several cars repaired at this shop in the past and I’m very disappointed in how I was treated. I don’t think I’ll be back.

2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality The work quality to my car was excellent 2.5 Star : Customer Service I had to call each time to get updates. The updates each time was false. Several times said the car would be ready on a certain day, but it wasnt. I woyld call expecting to be picking up the car and that day it wouldnt be ready but nobody would call and tell me about it not veing ready for puck up.S
