Bought a car in jan that has given me tons of problems dont buy from here they sell junk that practically Breaks down every month im starting to consider a dealer fraud attorney.
Trying to get someone on the phone is impossible unless you have patients to wait 30 minutes to an hour. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced to be in a nice neighborhood. They have a non English speaker that answers the phone from time to time and doesn't know anything u are saying so switches u to a number that doesn't work or that someone is not attended to . Worst car dealership in the world, they are a JOKE and charge you high interest rates. Notice when you go check out the cars they don't give you a price until you apply for credit, based on your credit they give you the car price. Worst customer service department, people don't even speak correct English and give you attitude when you question your account or even try to understand.
Could be the worst dealer with costumer service due to the fact that if you need your at to be fixed hope to have a separate car because these people according to oscar "never" have any loaner cars available and can't do anything about it. And they charge almost 40 dollars for JUST an oil change.
At first their really nice promise u thinhs and once you purchase the vehicle they don't even go through with anything that was promised!!!! Worse service ever they charged my husband for the insurance and they were suppose to reimburse him it's been 4 months and still hasn't received he's money!!! The floor mats and a little pieces that my rim was missing was promised and we still haven't got it always giving us the run around this dealer sucks and never would recommend them to anyone they suck!!!!!
