Working with Jayne and Alex is always a pleasure! Jayne keeps good track of our previous orders and items we have put on hold. The installation crew are very friendly, helpful and professional. They also whistle and sing while they work, so you know they enjoy what the do and there work shows their pride. The quality of the carpet and pads exceeded our expectations.

Just had our floors replaced and had the best experience. Abby walked us through the decision making process and the crew did a great job installing and making sure everything was done exactly as we asked. Highly recommend!

Wonderful, fast service!! Very helpful, friendly, and accommodating- I left a message on a Saturday after hours that I was looking for vinyl for our bathroom - went in Monday to pick it out- they installed it that Wednesday! Very clean - I never would have known they were there if I hadn't been there to see them (and obviously the new floor).

Cannot say enough about how helpful Jayne was in helping select bathroom vinyl for our small bathroom! Patience is her virtue! Installation looks perfect and price was right for the quality product! Only complaint is too much to pick from!!
