RecommendedCalled the non-emergency number after hours about 9pm on a Sunday. Got a prompt call back about 7:15am the next day, was advised the service tech would be here between 8-8:30am. He arrived at 8:15am. Very pleased with the timely response. The tech Dustin Bowman was friendly and polite and found the problem with the AC unit very quickly, and also fixed the problem very quickly. Very pleased with the personnel involved, including the dispatcher. Will absolutely be using Gary's for any future HVAC needs.
