What a wonderful experience!! We called for a an AC unit that went out- they fixed that (and came out quickly and at the end of the day!) and let us know the main issue was the electrical panel and helped us get an electrician out same day as well. Zach did a great job fixing everything in a timely manner and great communication!! Will be using again!
I couldn't have asked for a nicer person on a stressful day. I was very impressed with Abi and Gary's. They were nice, affordable, and were able to come to my house the same day I called. In fact, they had an opening before my scheduled appointment that they offered to me. So my air conditioner was repaired and complete before my original appointment time. I will definitely recommend to anyone that may need them. I will also use their services again with any future problems or maintenance.
Very thorough, kind, professional and most important knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him every time. Gary's Heating and Air conditioning, I can't thank you and your fabulous staff enough for solving this issue we had with our AC during such a stressful and critical time in our life with my father's unexpected passing, triple digit heat and people coming in to pay their last respects. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Zach did a great job getting us back up and running with our AC this morning! We love using Gary’s! We got a courtesy call when our technician was on the way plus a text message with their picture and credentials which was great and appreciated. They’re always fast, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them!
EXCEPTIONAL IN EVERY WAY! Dustin arrived at my (very hot!!) house within an hour of my request for service, and had the AC up and running quickly. He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Five Stars, and a high five! I recommend this company enthusiastically!
