We just visited here and honestly, we wish we would've found this place when we started remodeling. The owner greeted us the minute we stepped in the store, he and his son made us feel very welcome and both were very knowledgeable in the items we asked about. They will be getting all our business from this point on as our remodeling is continuing.
Great customer service they are always happy to help with everything that you need.
Mr. Ternet Sr. warmly greeted me us as we entered the store. They were the only place in 70 miles that had the item we needed. A air valve key to releive air out of hot water radiator. $1.75 tax included. The Service was friendly and they knew exactly what we were looking for. We had stopped at several places and called many. None of the big box stores had it, nor did their staff have any knowledge about what we were inquiring about. Great old fashioned hardware store. Operated by the same family since 1885. All the staff is knowledgeable and will help you select the right items, carry them to the register and load them into your truck.
Great old fashioned hardware store. Lots of memories inside and out. They have parts for pretty much anything that was in a house in the last 50 years. Experienced employees who know what they are doing and saying. Im repairing my grandfathers home and if i have any questions, I know exactly who to call. And if they dont know they know someome who does.
