Great selection of first rate products, coupled with first rate installations. As a result, they're very busy, and scheduling can be a issue. This said, the end result is well worth the wait.

This place is wonderful. The staff was excellent in helping me choose all the material I needed in building my new home, from the tile in my shower to the flooring . The owner was involved in the process and they stand behind their work and the products they sell. As far as I'm concerned, this is the only place to buy any of your flooring or tile needs.
Had this company install hardwood flooring and baseboards in my home. Upon completion they added their "standard" retail markup to the final bill. Typical retail markups in the construction industry range from 10-20%. Total cost to them was $1,608.8 and I was charged $2,293.92. They added 43%!! Aside from their ridiculous markup percentage, what's upsetting is that no where in the initial contract did it list that additional charge. Thank you for your review. The figures you stated in the review and remarks concerning industry standards are incorrect and quite misleading. The estimate provided all the details of the cost to the customer and was approved and signed by him. There were no discrepancies on the bill – the sole difference between the estimate and the invoice was the additional labor required to perform grinding of the sub-floor due to the extremely poor condition of said sub-floor.
