I love my Flooring! I just built a new home and had all of my flooring done by carpet giant. Building a new home was very stressful and by the time we got to the flooring I had about had it with contractors. Their installers were very pleasant and professional. I know nothing about flooring and it was a great help to have a salesperson that knew what they were talking about and cared about my needs and concerns. I would definately use carpet giant again!!

Undependable I had to call the installers 2 time before the would tell me when they would show up. The second day they didn't even show up or call. I called the assistant manager, he didn't seem to care. Cons - poor customer service, unreliable installers
