I would give 100 stars if I could. Mike was amazing from start to finish. A true patriot as well!!!! Carpet quality is A+! I was in a bad situation at 10pm on a Monday. I was moving my young daughter into her first away from home rental for college. Mike just happened to be there for other reasons. We noticed the carpet on the first floor was in terrible condition as well as the tack strips and padding. Mike offered to do the job right there and then. We just got new family room carpeting from Giant Floor. They were so kind and professional from the first visit through the installation. Thank you Kevin and Giant Floor again! I've been using Giant Floor since 2014. Robson and his crew came out to install a new vinyl plank flooring in our newly renovated kitchen and living room. The got the job completed in one day and the guys were incredibly professional and cleaned up when they finished. I will certainly work with Kevin again in the near future.
I have used Giant Floor in Scranton for many years for my home and rental property. Excellent prices on quality carpets, wood flooring, and kitchen flooring. Have had both residences redone by them. Inside sales department is very knowledgeable and helpful, and the Installers are very professional and efficient. Would highly recommend Giant Floor to anyone looking for quality flooring!
