About this business
In 1962, Carl Gillman founded Gillman Brother’s Lumber to service the community of Brookville and his own construction company. That small lumber yard ignited an interest in retail and building materials in one of Carl’s 10 children – Charlie. Charlie continued to work in custom home building for many years before deciding to focus solely on retail and serving other contractors. Carl passed in 2015 and his passion for excellence in retailing and serving the community lives on with his son and grandsons.

Sign says close at 6 on Saturday, and at 5:45 the place is dark and there are no cars in sight. Not the first time either. Better off driving to Top's in Greensburg.
I would consider myself a rather patient person. I have an autistic brother, I have a toddler and a baby, and I am a high school teacher. But I've really had enough. I went to Gillman Home Center in mid October 2016. I was on fall break when I discovered a small crack in my window.
