Just got my new floors installed by Gilman floors and they are gorgeous. This company was meticulous, on time and very well priced. They had an amazing installer who was careful about dust containment. The sales people and owners are very polite and a joy to work with.
Ours was a bit of a challenging project, on a couple of levels. We own an historic home in Savannah and needed to have the stairs carpeted and the garden level carpeted. The stairs twisted and flared at the top of the cases. In fact, another carpet company had come before we went to Gilman, which we found on Angie's List. The absolute worst experience we have ever had with a contractor in the Hilton Head area. Very difficult to reach, no communication, and when we finally did have everything setup, they cancelled the installation ON THE DAY it was due to occur. Very poor. Would not recommend to anyone in the area.
