I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Meals are served regularly. The speech therapist , physical therapists and dietician are wonderful . However , The health center regular floor staff is significantly understaffed , and residents regularly wait several hours for needed care . There is no way for patients to signal staff in case of a medical emergency . I visited this facility My tour at Ginger Cove was nice, everything was freshened up and modern. The layout of the place was good, the rooms were nice and neat, and the amenity spaces were well-lit and modern. The staff that I met during the tour was great, they were courteous and had a lot of information. They had different activities and things to do and keep up with modern fitness.

I visited this facility My dad is moving to Ginger Cove soon. The visit went well, he liked it, and he picked it. It was comfortable for him, he liked the people that he met there, and the staff made him feel like he will be taken care of. They were informative and knowledgeable. The food is excellent, the dining area looks like a restaurant, it's very easy to get to, and it's very comfortable.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My Mother recently had a three month stay at the Health Center. We were blessed that she was there and not in any other rehab facility. The staff was attentive, respectful, and personal. When Mom had one very minor issue with an aid - it was dealt with immediately by Management. The nurses and supervisors kept me up to date by calling me or just making the effort to come see me when I was visiting. I visited this facility Ginger Cove was lovely. Actually I have a lot of friends that are residents there. It is a huge building. They have everything, but you have to buy the condo. They have the extended care all the way up to nursing home care. I had lunch there with friends, and it was very good. The dining area looked lovely too.
