Excellent visit. Recommended by family. Pleasant staff. Clean facility with good explosions given. My only complaint NONE OF THE STAFF WORE NAME TAGS. ( except the physicians). Not one of the many. Yes, the assistants in the room introduced themselves, but it was fast forgotten. SUGGESTING NAME TAGS FOR ALL
PAC Snyder has the WORST bedside manner and the ONLY reason I would ever consider returning is for Dr. Glick. He is worth waiting for, do not settle for PAC Snyder!! Dr. Glick is funny, professional, and an all-around great doctor! The nurse that I saw was awesome! Front desk lady, not so much. And to answer your whispering question to your coworker, yes, I was in a hurry and did have somewhere else to go.
I had a fantastic experience with Glick Skin Institute. The entire process, from the welcoming administration to the friendly doctors, exceeded my expectations. The facility is exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated, reflecting a level of care that I truly appreciate.
The 2 stars is for the front desk. I was calling to get information regarding my son's visit and the person on the other end was extremely rude and very poor customer service. Thank Goodness the Dr.'s are spot on or else.
If I could rate this place a zero I would. I didn’t even make it past scheduling an appointment. Who ever answers the phone was horrible to say the least. I asked her a simple question and she was rude, unprofessional and then hung up on me. I wouldn’t even take my grandma here. Run away…. fast ! Shows a lot about the doctors if this is the staff they employ. I would have been a new patient fyi .
