All the process was done according to the contract requirements and policies but we still don't get the detention fee and the broker doesn't respond to emails . When you transport for them, you will be discarded . A company that does not respect the carrier will not ship for him .
I contracted to use this company to ship an item. Everything went smoothly until a month later when the started sending additional bills with fees that were not part of the original. They are saying I owe them an additional $204 because the drop off location is not listed as a business. We run our business out of that location with a forklift always ready cause semi trucks do deliveries one to two times each week. This company has major issues avoid.
Its really please to work with this Company. I have never had any issues with them. No even single deductions for many loads that we have done for them. Payments come on time and every single penny which is very important. Also people I deal with always polite and have good manner. No annoying calls from afterhours regarding location and eta. And as they treat me well I always do the best for them. Keep doing that guys!
They will CHARGE you for stuff you never agreed on. Dispatch us on a load that they missed appointment on and charged us $200+ Load was a work in and couldn't make delivery on time so they charged us. The first Rate Sheet they sent us had a +$500 on time delivery fee but WE did not accept it unless they revised it because the load was no possible to deliver on time with already a missed appointment for pickup.
