We had our new floors installed 2 weeks ago and we absolutely love them. Greg and his team of measurers and installers were amazing. The whole crew took amazing care of our home, our furniture, and even made sure to help us keep the kittens out of trouble while they were working. I highly recommend working with The Flooring Station in Gold River. Great price, great product and great service.
This was the best customer service experience I think I've ever had. We started looking for new flooring right before the July 4 holiday weekend. Gregg Sessa called us back almost immediately and Bill, one of his measurement guys actually came out on July 5. It was so quick and I was pleasantly surprised as only 1 of the other 5 companies we asked for quotes even replied. Our experience with The Flooring Station was excellent. We originally started at the Folsom store; however it is now closed. But we continued to work with Tracy at the Gold River location since she provided excellent service for us. Tracy was a such a great help. She has extensive knowledge and was very informative as to the choices of materials and colors.
