I had another printing company back out of completing an order last minute as they were not able to get the product in time due to a shipping error. I contacted Golden Openings and spoke with Jamie who was absolutely amazing! Jamie was so helpful in finding a product Golden had in stock, was able to rush the printing, and get the items shipped to make sure we had them for our event. Great customer service and will use Golden Openings again.

Amy Pappoe has to be the top sales person at Golden Openings. Her professional attitude or qualities made me feel very comfortable while taking my order. You see, I needed a 36” bow for my Grand Children’s new trampoline, in two days. I explained to Ms Pappoe how good it feels for an old Grandpa to see his Grand Children’s smiles shine.
