The person driving their truck this morning down the highway 81 to 581 was driving like a maniac. License plate zhw4273. Almost cause multiple accidents within the 5 mile radius I saw him. If they can’t drive, I wouldn’t want them doing pools.
First time pool owner and they were supposed to do my fist opening. Came to my home took my tarp off and did not clean it wrapped it up dirty. Look at the pool and said water is too low through some chemicals in the pool and left. Mind you I had a spa and they said it’s dirty with no water and you have to hire a cleaning crew for that. Purchased spa today. Salesperson was Connor. He was excellent — highly recommend he assist anyone looking. He knew answers to every possible question, or how to quickly reference the answer. Very impressive. Connor is the reason we did not feel a need to go elsewhere to comparison shop.
Not a good experience, I was told something from the sales lady that wasn't true. Even admitted she was wrong and didn't make it right. Make sure you get everything in writing! You lost a customer due to not honoring your word!
Have interacted with Bob (the owner), awesome guy, hope Robbie can take the business to the next level… They’ve been incredible with their service all these (11) years, but a recent issue has had them somewhat “drop the ball”; I suppose attributable to supply chain issues etc, however, hoping our Sundance hot tub that we love gets fixed….11weeks now…
