The team here was amazing in assisting us in euthanizing our precious kitty. They were so respectful and kind, and treated us and our cat with dignity. We couldn’t have asked for better people to walk us through this.

First of all, the receptionist who answered the phone was very kind and courteous, and asked all the right questions. She put me on hold briefly, and came back with an appointment offer and a suggestion to go to their Urgent Care the same day. It turned out to be a “wait and see” for us but we got our kitty’s vaccinations up-to-date and his nails trimmed. There again the assistant made us very comfortable I would recommend both her and Dr. Rouse.

Dr Clemm has worked hard with Chinska. She had a severe ear infection in both of her ears. We had to give her medication for it and they saw her frequently in order to make sure that it healed correctly. Thank you, Dr Clemm.
I brought our 12 year old Dachsund to the clinic a couple weeks ago. She was in respiratory distress. We didn’t get the outcome we wanted, but every single staff member and the Vet were awesome, compassionate and so sweet. I highly recommend this clinic.
