We had a great experience at Great Floors. After an absolutely disastrous time trying to buy flooring at a local big box store we tried Great Floors, and boy are we happy we did! Our sales advisor Tim is very knowledgeable about flooring and installation. He was easy-going and never employed high pressure sales tactics. We installed LVP in our new home and the flooring is complete junk. We have lived in our home for 6 months and right away I noticed how easily it scratches. Great floors send out a tech the week we moved in to repair some scratches and edge chipping. We wear no shoes in the home, have no pets, don’t allow toys or anything hard on the floor. What a great experience. Anything you want. Every make, model, brand. They have it, but that's not the best part. Tom is. He made selecting from all that inventory quick and easy. Matchless customer experience. May 2024 Update: Tile work is complete in the shower. The existing marble floor was fine, but was re-grouted to match the new. The color is a near perfect match.
