Travis and Mike(installation coordinator) are fantastic folks to work with and we appreciated their coordinated effort in fixing our house after water damage. Their installers were amazing, tiling, flooring and carpet all kept their work clean and had high attention to detail. Great store to work with.

The installers Kevin and Melody did a wonderful job installing my two floors I would recommend them to any body to install there floors please tell Zak Martin he did a very good in helping me pick my flooring I would recommend him to any body for there project If I ever need flooring again I would go back to Great Floors and have Zak help me. Recently (about two months ago) had a bedroom carpet replaced. I researched the cost and it was about what I expected. Maybe a few hundred more than I wanted but still what I expected based on other research. The store had plenty of options and everyone was very helpful finding a reasonably priced carpet. Install took a day and they did an amazing job. Steps it took were: 1 Visit store, grab a sample and take it home, 2 Pick the sample and schedule a measuring of the room, 3 Get room measured and get the quote, 4 Wait fo... read more

We have used Great Floors twice over the years and will definitely remain repeat customers. Zaknafein Martin is such a professional. He helped us navigate the purchase and install of our new floors with no pressure, ensuring we bought what we wanted, and was very responsive. It was a complicated install and Zack made the process easy and kept in touch to see how it was going. The installers were very professional, highly skilled, efficient, and hard working. I would request them again for other projects.

What a great experience. Anything you want. Every make, model, brand. They have it, but that's not the best part. Tom is. He made selecting from all that inventory quick and easy. Matchless customer experience. May 2024 Update: Tile work is complete in the shower. The existing marble floor was fine, but was re-grouted to match the new. The color is a near perfect match. Thanks, again, Great Floors!
