The installers Kevin and Melody did a wonderful job installing my two floors I would recommend them to any body to install there floors please tell Zak Martin he did a very good in helping me pick my flooring I would recommend him to any body for there project If I ever need flooring again I would go back to Great Floors and have Zak help me. They refloored my entire house with carpet and LVP flooring. Tyrell did a fantastic job of coming out and doing the measuring and bid. He was very helpful with picking out what would work for color and price. Installation went smooth and on time. Very happy with how it all turned out and would highly recommend Tyrell and Great Floors in Lacey.
What a great experience. Anything you want. Every make, model, brand. They have it, but that's not the best part. Tom is. He made selecting from all that inventory quick and easy. Matchless customer experience. May 2024 Update: Tile work is complete in the shower. The existing marble floor was fine, but was re-grouted to match the new. The color is a near perfect match. I chose Great Floors to install floors at my second home after they did excellent at my house in Olympia. Initially, my experience was wonderful. The sales staff is knowledgeable, helped me chose vinyl flooring and scheduled my installation very quickly. That's when things went sideways.
