The worst installation service and customer service My experience with this company was a nightmare! The installer never showed up after starting the job, he made up excuses for not showing up and come to find out he had a gambling problem and was going to the casino instead of to work. The second installer put white grout in a floor that was already half grouted with blue grout. It was a nightmare to get them to deal with the problem. Cons - Poor customer service, manager would not return calls
