I would give ZERO stars if I could. I wanted to have the kitchen floor replaced because it had 2 soft spots. I hired great floors because they told me all thier installers were general contractors and that they could fix the floor. They came out and assured me they could fix it and gave me a quote. I hired them and they came out to redo my floors. After they left I noticed the soft spots were still there and that there was an extremely loud creaking in another area of the floor.
