Do not hesitate to call them. Power out yesterday/board on fridge blew. Called and Blake answered. So nice. He was out here within just a few hours; unfortunatley didn't have the part, but located it first thing this moring and was out at lunch time to install. He could have easily just waited for the part to come in instead of calling around to try and find it (that is above and beyond).Texted when he was en-route. Very friendly and top-notch, quick customer service.
