6/19/23 - My family has done business with this company for generations. Sadly, our latest experience has us left wanting. We had a "commercial grade" floor installed in our place of business in Sept. 2022. Over the next few months we noticed how easy it is to scratch this "commercial grade" floor. We called in November or December to ask someone to come out to see it and address it under warranty. A young man did come. He explained what they would have to do to fix it, then left. They have an amazing selection of flooring options. They carry Flexsteel furniture brand..very nice quality. Very happy with my purchase.
