I had GS Flooring install both carpet and flooring in my home less than a year ago—and I even paid extra for tile removal. Despite my home being built in 1985 (meaning the foundation had long since settled), the new flooring started showing problems by June, just six months after installation. I contacted GSI immediately and sent them photos, but all I’ve received since are delays and excuses. Terrible experience with this company. I would never go back and tell all the people i know not to go there either.. When putting new flooring in my house after the first room the product continued to break and crack where it was supposed to seal i called up the owner Gary and he came by the house to check out what was going on one of his installers verified it’s the same way he would lay it as what we were doing.. he continually tried to blame the faulty product on us installing it incorrect... Horrible service Decided to go with someone else because of the poor customer service needed someone I could trust
My contractor suggested I go to GS Flooring and see if I could find what I wanted since I had not had much luck. I am so happy I went to GS Flooring. I told them what I was looking for, showed them my paint samples, and the second piece of flooring they pulled out was a keeper. Gary, the owner, is very hands on. He came by to go over the project with me a couple of months before we got started. He has come by several times to check on the install and make sure I am happy. Great customer service, knowledgeable and very friendly staff. The helped me with my questions on a gym turf installation and found me the supplies I needed. Highly recommend
