I waited to file a claim for roof repairs to avoid the expensive costs due to supply and demand and recently doled. My claim was handled expertly by my agent, the adjuster who was on time and professional to the insurance company, Gulfstream Property. Within 10 days after the adjuster left our house we received a check. Very pleased with the process and with the overall service received over the years.

Gulfstream is second to none in homeowners insurance and customer satisfaction. I switched from USAA and never thought I would find anyone who came close but I was wrong! The customer service and the fact that you have someone on the other line that actually cares about you and your family makes Gulfstream the BEST!! I am grateful for them and feel well protected and taken care of with Gulfstream. Thank you guys.

We bought a townhome in April 2016 which was originally constructed in 2006. Our insurance agent recommended Gulfstream so we went with them. We have had no claims since then, but the service on inspections, etc., have been nothing less than excellent. We have recommended Gulfstream to our friends who have also gone with them with no issues/problems. We were upfront with the insurance company, their inspectors, etc., so we were not hiding any information from them. Our premiums are quite good and we will continue our coverage through Gulfstream. No issues!!! I'm giving a 4-star rating since we have had no claim issues, or other issues to deal with.
