We had a sales rep for a nationally known company visit with us and he measured our space and showed us samples - but we didn't see anything we liked. I remembered seeing a large BUY LOCAL sign in front of H&H Carpet, so we went there and met Frank Spinoza. We saw what we wanted, so Frank came to our home to measure. We were thrilled with the quality of the tile we bought from H&H. Our tile installer was impressed and asked where he could order it in the future. It was quick and easy dealing with Frank, receiving personalized service and getting immediate responses when I needed it. I much prefer going into a small, quiet storeroom than a large warehouse. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and I am glad I am able to support a local Delray business.
What an amazing sales and service experience. In a world of big box stores it is a breath of fresh air to deal with a local company such as H&H.
