It was clean. The property is very small and it was very crowded for breakfast at several different times. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Walkable to Empire State Building and Flatiron building. Everywhere else you’ll need a cab or take the subway. Subway is fairly close and staff was helpful in giving us directions.
Very clean, but trash cans are too small in the room, it can’t even fit plastic cups
Staff was very friendly, the room was very comfortable. Was fortunate to have a 19th floor room for the view. Others have mentioned elevator speed and crowdedness, but we had only one delay. I'd stay here again
Convenient area in Chelsea, but the hotel itself was underwhelming. The breakfast was not very good according to my kids.
