I did not feel comfortable taking my shoes off
Great location. Accommodated a change in room when they didn’t have to. Excellent stay.
Buy some new towels. Hotel is conveniently located but very dated. Staff was amazing. Towels were like sandpaper old and outdated. Buy some new towels.
Great vicinity to the city/ subway. The tub would not drain and we had to shower with standing water at our feet
it is convenient for using public transit.
Staff were very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and the location was great.
The elevators quit working. We had to climb up and down to the 9th floor.
