Overall, the stay was alright; breakfast was good and people were really nice. Just a few things: some furnitures were not in perfect conditions and some bathroom amenities were missing. Though when we called, they delivered the missing amenities.

This hotel is a no-frills, adequate option. It is showing its age, but I felt safe as a woman traveling with two kids. The free breakfast was typical and fine. Location was convenient. People working at the desk were pleasant.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was close to everything we wanted to do while we were in NYC. Also, the valet parking was convenient and the staff were happy to keep our bags behind the desk until we were ready to leave after checkout. Our room and common areas were clean and comfortable, the only issue we had was that the elevators were malfunctioning during our stay and we were on the 20th floor.
