Nice place convenient to where I neede to be; small room despite king bed; temperature was preset to 82 when I arrived; had a hard time turning it down and off
It was worth the price
February 2025 The hotel was comfortable and it was chosen because of proximity to entertainment venues and Penn Station. Disappointing that housekeeping came every other day. I had to ask at the front desk twice for clean towels. The waste baskets are very small and fill up fast to be left for two days. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good as was coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available 24 hours.
Staff was very welcoming and courteous. Located within close proximity to train stations. Good water pressure, comfortable bed and adjustable Thermostat.
