Location location
Stayed for three nights and the location was brilliant on 31st Street just off 6th Avenue. Not a huge hotel I think there are only 8 rooms per floor from memory which makes quiet. We were on the top floor (19th) and as is typical in New York you can hear the emergency services during the night and horns beeping, but the bed was comfy so was easy to get back to sleep. Very please with the location and super friendly staff everyday.
The room were clean, free breakfast was good. Friendly staff. House keeping did not come during our stay. Homeless people sleeping right across the street in front of the hotel. Not the most well lit area to walk at night.
