We had a great stay. Small room but as expected - staff super friendly and helpful, free biscuits, good enough breakfast, water, tea &coffee selection and all the little things that added the extra to our stay
Near Times Square and accessible to all. Staff are nice and kind.
The staff was great. The breakfast was good. The rooms and inside the hallways needed updated. The bed was terrible the pillows were bad . For the amount we paid we would have liked to have a bed you didnt have to feel the springs in. Come on surely they could have replaced the mattresses. It is what they make the money on.
