Great service, Nice for it to be in New York, all rooms in New York, So it was a nice hotel
2 elevators for 32 floors is not enough and not a lot of space but the staff is awesome !!

I had read the reviews and everyone has their opinion. Mine was that we had no issues! Loved the convenience of our location. Staff was super friendly. Dining staff offered to make my waffle so I was able to make other plates. The elevator never had any waits. When arriving back from our outing we were greeted with fresh chocolate chip cookies.
